It all started in NYC at an East Village pizza shop. The menu read "Red Fizzy Pizza Wine," and I was hooked. Since 2010, I have been endlessly chasing red sparkling wine. In Italy, I wondered whether this kind of wine can be made at home in Oregon? It can!
